Responsible Service of Alcohol or RSA is an institution of the New South Wales Government having been in effect for over 100 years. RSA is presently administered by the Department of Liquor and Gaming NSW, and generally relates to:
- Intoxicated minors (anyone under 18)
- Alcohol-related violence and crime
- Drunk and disorderly patrons
- Noise disturbances.
