The Standards in the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code are enforced in Australia by the Australian entity of the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code. The code regulates:
- Labelling;
- Substances added to or otherwise present in food;
- Contaminant and residues;
- Pre-market clearance; and
- Microbiological limits and processing requirements.
