Where you may be in default of your mortgage, the lender may be able to bring legal proceedings against you for the recovery of the security held with respect to the mortgage. It may be the case that the lender will file a writ in the Supreme Court seeking possession of the land and orders may also be sought for the sale of the property.

At Navado we may be able to assist you if your lender is seeking a writ in the Supreme Court, and may be able to act on your behalf to present a defence.

Similarly, at Navado we are able to act on your behalf if you are the lender seeking a writ in the Supreme Court.

If you are in either situation we recommend that you contact our firm and arrange an appointment to see one of our Mortgage & Caveat Dispute Solicitors. Please contact us by telephone on (02) 9233 4048 or send an email to info@navado.com.au.
