In the most part, communications law refers to the regulation of electronic communications by wire or radio. It includes regulations which govern broadcasting, telephone and telecommunications service, cable television, satellite communications, wireless telecommunications, and the internet. Communication laws encompass a variety of mostly federal statutes, regulations, and judicial decisions that govern radio, broadcast, cable, and satellite television.

Communication law is a dynamic area of law which is subject to constant change and has been significantly affected by technological developments. The legislation sets out to protect the privacy of individuals who use the Australian telecommunications system.

The primary purpose of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act 1979 is to specify the circumstances in which it is lawful for interception of, or access to, communications to take place.

We are a true full service communications media and entertainment firm.
