What does the Company Set-up Offer include?
Our Chartered Accountants will take instructions from you and assist you and facilitate the Registration of your Company. You will be provided with the following documents:-
- Consent to act as Director
- Consent to act as Secretary
- Application for shares
- Minutes of a meeting of directors
- Share Certificates
- Consent to act as Public Officer
- Notice of appointment of Public Officer
- Constitution
- Certificate of Registration — which shows the ACN (Australian Company Number), the date of registration, and the registered company name
- an Establishment Kit explaining what to do next

It is important that you note and understand that our Chartered Accountants, who essentially will take instructions from you and assist you and facilitate the registration of your Company, are not lawyers or financial advisers and cannot provide you with legal or financial advice. The work performed by our Chartered Accountants effectively involves the provision to you, of a standard set of documents, which have been generated by external service providers.
