Do I need a contract?

Sydney Commercial Lawyers and Conveyancers will know that there is more certainty when an agreement is expressed in writing. The law also prescribes certain occasions where agreements must be in writing, for example in the sale of land. Usually the vendor’s Commercial Solicitor will draw up contracts for prospective purchasers to consider.

While there is a standard agreement for the sale of a business, there are usually gaps that need to be filled and special conditions will need to be prepared to suit the needs of the transaction. We have developed and refined our special conditions over a decade so as to properly address your interests and to tip the balance of rights and interests in your favour.

At Navado Lawyers and Solicitors, we have over a decade of experience assisting in the sale of a diverse range of commercial and industrial properties and businesses. We are able to guide and assist you in the commercial, tax and other legal aspects of your sale.
