Are all my contracts in order?

Every business, whether knowingly or unknowingly, deals in one or more areas of contract law. Common examples are employment contracts, leases, and contracts for the supply or sale of goods to customers and services to your business such as telephones, photocopiers and internet.

While some of these contracts may seem relatively simple, some will be complex and encompass several areas of law. By failing to properly consider all the legal issues and ramifications which can arise from these contracts, you may be exposing yourself to expensive or stressful litigation from employees, suppliers, landlords, tenants or customers.

You should make an appointment with one of our Contract Lawyers at your earliest opportunity to discuss the review of the contracts that form part of your business. Employment contracts, insurance agreements and contracts for the supply of goods are all critical contractual agreements that, if wrongly interpreted, implemented or breached, can give rise to serious ramifications for your business. In circumstances where a new Contract is required, our Contract Lawyers are experienced draftsmen and can prepare Contracts to meet your unique and specific needs.

For more information on contracts and contract law, contact our office and speak to a Business Lawyer.
