  • The contractual obligations and rights, including those imposed by the standard clauses and Special Conditions of the Contract
  • Any areas which we believe are detrimental to you and your unique situation,
  • What amendments should be made to the Contract

All commercial purchases involve some level of risk. It is important to us that you understand what you are buying into, that you know the risks involved with the purchase and that those risks are minimised.
