We have prepared many Wills for clients. We are very familiar with Equity and Trusts Law and are experienced in drafting Wills.

Depending on the type of Will you wish to have drawn, our costs are rather reasonable, on most occasions being fixed.

We also have experience in Probate type matters and we are very familiar with the processes required to make an Application to the Supreme Court of New South Wales for either a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration.

Our Solicitors have had experience in complex Applications for Probate as well as complex Applications for Letters of Administration.

We have advised Executors in relation to the administration of a Will after the Grant of Probate has been granted.

We have represented both Executors and Beneficiaries of Estates and our Solicitors have experience in Equity & Estates Litigation.

We have sound knowledge of the Family Provision Act and we will be only too happy to assist you in such matters.
