Immigration Law

We are not Registered Migration Agents and accordingly, we are not able to provide you with Migration advice or Migration services.

We do, however, assist with Immigration Legal matters, such as Applications for Judicial review in the Federal Court of Australia.

We are experienced Litigators and accordingly, we are able to assist with Applications to the Federal Court, the preparation of relevant Affidavits and evidentiary material for such Applications, as well as the attendance at Directions and Hearings in these matters.

We also have access to and will provide you, where necessary, with access to Immigration Counsel, who can assist in Judicial review type matters.

By way of example, in some common Applications, we have sought the following types of orders:

1. An order that the decision of the Migration review Tribunal (MRT) be declared void and set aside.

2. A writ of certiorari issue to remove to the Court and quash the decision of the MRT.

3. A writ of mandamus issue directing the MRT to determine according to law the application for the grant of the visa.
