Bankruptcy Law
Many individuals face financial difficulties. We can assist you to Bankrupt a person who is indebted to you, but who refuses to pay. We are familiar with commencing Applications filed in the Insolvency Trustee Service of Australia (ITSA) and following through with Bankruptcy Proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia. Many Bankruptcy Applications follow from circumstances where Judgment has been obtained against a debtor and the debtor has refused to pay the Judgment debt. In such circumstances, Bankruptcy Proceedings may be initiated, with a view to Bankrupting the individual in question.
There are very strict service and other procedural requirements that need to be followed in this Jurisdiction. We are very familiar with Bankruptcy Applications and we are familiar with the Technical requirements that need to be satisfied in bringing such Applications.
We also represent persons being sued or subjected to Bankruptcy proceedings.
