Step One - Documentation
Our first step is to ensure that you have all the documentation needed to complete the process. After your first contact with us we will provide you with a list of all the documents required to complete the Finance Process.
Step Two - How Much Can You Afford To Borrow
We will then assess with you the maximum amount of money that we will be able to source for you in your current situation.
Step Three - Finding The Most Suitable Loan
Next, after having completely analysed your current financial situation and recognised the goals you have set for yourself, we will be able to assist you in procuring the best loan available which meets all your current and future needs.
After having found the correct loan for you we will assist you in completing the loan application forms and submitting that document to the lender with all the documentation they require.
Step Four - The Approval Process
After the application, we will keep you up to date with how the application process is progressing. Once pre-approval has been given and a valuation has been conducted we will assist you in completing the borrowing process by assisting you in your endeavours to sign the formal loan documents. Once having been signed, these documents are returned to the lender. If you have an existing loan the lender will order a discharge from the existing lender and settlement of the property will be arranged thereby completing the Finance process.
