Contract and Negligence Law
Perhaps the most two (2) fundamental areas of Civil Law are Contract Law and Negligence Law. Contracts (or agreements) are a common occurrence in everyday life and on a daily basis, many persons breach Contracts or agreements.
In addition, on a daily basis, many persons or companies encounter situations where they either owe a Duty of Care, or a Duty of care is owed to them. In general terms, a breach of duty of care is an element of Negligence.

Negligence Law
In every day life, many persons, businesses or legal entities owe a duty of care to others.
We can assist you to understand what (if any) duty of care is owed to you by a person or by persons, or what duty of Care (if any) you might owe to a person or to persons.
We can also assist you to ascertain whether there has been a breach of such a duty and whether, as a result thereof, if anyone may be liable for damages.
