Navado Tax Agents employs an Accountant who works under the supervision of the Chartered Accountant and who has been an Associate of the Institute of Management Consultants since 2001 and a Chartered Secretary since 2002. Navado Tax Agents offers Management Consulting services dedicated:-
- firstly, to the development of a Corporate Vision and Strategic Plan - in a few words "where you want your Business to go"; and
- secondly, to the Implementation of the Strategy internally within a Business (through Corporate Governance, Human Resources Recruitment and Management as well as Quality and Safety Management) and externally to its customer and client base (through Community Relations Facilitation and marketing) - in a few words "how you get your Business to where you want it to go".

Corporate Governance
Chartered Secretaries Australia (CSA) is the peak professional body for governance professionals. Chartered Secretaries Australia defines Governance as the system by which an organisation is controlled and operates, and the mechanisms by which it, and its people, are held to account. Ethics, risk management, compliance and administration are all elements of governance.
Corporate governance is the set of policies, laws and institutions affecting the way a Corporation is directed or controlled. Corporate governance also incorporates the relationships among the many players involved (the stakeholders) and the goals for which the corporation is governed. The principal players are the shareholders, management and the board of directors, whilst other stakeholders include employees, customers, clients, suppliers, banks and other lenders, regulators, the environment and the community at large.
Our Chartered Secretary, under the supervision of our Chartered Accountant, can assist Companies and Organisations develop a Corporate Governance Structure, which will specify the distribution of rights and responsibilities among different stakeholders in the corporation and spell out the rules and procedures for making decisions on corporate affairs. Our Chartered Secretary is also an Affiliate of the Institute of Management Consultants and as a Management Consultant, can assist you to implement the Corporate Governance Structure that is developed and established for your Organisation, by assisting with matters not limited to but including the following:-
- implementation of Corporate Governance Structure
- provision of advice to the Directors of a Corporate Entity or its Officers in relation to the Corporations Act, the constitution, any Shareholder's Agreements, Stock Exchange and other regulatory requirements and any other statutory requirements
- provision of advice to the Board in relation to changes to the Corporate Governance Structure and implementation of appropriate programs

Human Resources Recruitment and Management
Navado Tax Agents will review your Human Resources Profile, make recommendations about existing Staff and (if appropriate) how their employment might be legally terminated, as well as assist you to recruit Personnel that you require. Navado Tax Agents will then assist you to manage your Staff and to keep their expectations and work functions within the ambit of your Strategic Plan. In performing our duties in Human Resources Recruitment and Management, some of the functions that we will perform include but are not limited to:-
- assisting the Company to recruit Director/s or other Employees and attending to any induction of the Director/s or other Employees;
- assisting the Corporation with determining Directors' Fees and Entitlements
- development, implementation, communication and maintenance of Compliance policies, processes and procedures
- preparation and development of Manuals and Policies such as the Firm's Employment Policy or any Director's Handbook;
- evaluation of the performance of the Board of Directors or other Employees within the organisation.
